Starting with our use of the
finest ingredients in our time-tested “from scratch” recipes, we
bake, frost, then decorate each cake and dessert one at a time.
Nothing is mass-produced and nothing is from a mix.
Although we are a small team, our
commercial bakery produces dozens of cakes and desserts every
week for parties, weddings and local restaurants. We pride
ourselves in our versatility and our commitment to the pastry
arts. We aim to delight!

Ordering
We do have a limited number
of cakes and desserts available each day for last-minute needs.
Also available are cookies, cupcakes, pound cakes and tarts.
Since these are prepared fresh daily, many items will sell out
quickly. Call ahead so we may assure your order is available.

Please order at least 24 hours ahead for custom orders. The
earlier you call, the better able we are to put your order on
our baking and decorating schedule.

Delivery is available. Rates range from $6.50 to 10.50
within the Jacksonville area. Call for rates to St. Augustine,
Amelia Island, Macclenny and beyond.

Cakes from our menu (Click

decorations of
buttercream flowers or booties (baby showers) and a personalized
message.

“Custom” cakes and are priced according to the time required
to hand mix the colors, pipe the extra decorations or create

Tiny, elegant and delicious.
Each 1 1/2-inch cake is hand-dipped and decorated with a
tiny hand-made white chocolate flower. $2 each, 2 dozen
minimum.

Tea Cakes – Four-inch cakes dipped in white chocolate
and decorated with a white chocolate hand-made flower. $5
each, 1 dozen minimum.

Miniature Tartlets –

2-inch delights. Select from Key
Lime, Lemon Blueberry, Fresh fruit with vanilla bean pastry
cream, and imported chocolate. $2 each, 1 dozen minimum.

Decorated Cookies – Choose from our flavorful vanilla
sugar cookie or rich butter shortbread. Prices vary with
design, from $2.50 to $7.50. For cellophane bag and sheer
ribbon, add 35 cents each.

The Best Key Lime Pie – Key lime aficionados agree –
ours is the best! $15 for our 9-inch pie.

Boston Cream – Our rich pastry cream, made with heavy
cream, fresh eggs and real vanilla bean, layered between our
signature yellow cake and glazed with imported chocolate
